BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

  
For mornings when you just can’t even! A quick, easy, delicious
and nutritious brekkie to have on the go!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

½ Frozen banana or ½ cup frozen mango
1 Cup almond or coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbs gallatin (I use Great Lakes Gelatin)
Handful of ice
Superfood toppers on choice (I use pepitas, coconut, cacao nibs,
chia seeds & bee pollen)

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO:

Chuck everything in a blender (except toppers), blitz until desired consistency is reached, sprinkle toppers, enjoy!
