CHOC CHIP COOKIES

Best sugar free/gluten free choc-chip cookies EVER! There, I said it.

WHAT YOU NEED:

1 egg
1/3 cup of rice-malt syrup or sweetener of choice
1 teaspoon of vanilla powder or paste
¼ cup of melted butter or coconut oil
1 cup of almond meal
¼ cup coconut flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ cup of chocolate chips
Dark choc chunks

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

Preheat oven to 180C.
Whisk together egg, sweetener, vanilla and butter.
Mix in almond meal, coconut flour, baking soda and choc chips.
Roll into balls, squash dark choc piece on top.
Bake for 12 mins approx.

Straight out of the oven… heaven! x
